Microfinancing to support merchants in Haiti

Many small merchants lost their businesses in the earthquake. Many lose their businesses to fires in the marketplace. Widows often struggle to work while also raising their children and a loan can help them start a business which allows them to do both. COTEDIH loans money to merchants which they invest into their businesses and then repay along with interest after either 3 months, 6 months or one year depending on the term of the loan.
